The current bill in COngress is — what — over 1000 pages? I would add in tax-free healthcare savings accounts that carry over year-to-year (ours expires at the end of the year, and if we do not use every cent, the guv’ment takes it — how stupid is that?), and you’ve gone a big step toward solving Medicare as well.
