The Laws of God are beautiful and beneficial to those sanctified by Christ. And Christ said that, "My yoke is easy, my burden, light". To the world, this burden, this guarantee of persecution, this heavy load that a Christian must carry would seem very negative and terrible. But it is our religion; it is the essence of Christianity: a suffering Servant carried the sins of the world on His back after all. This is something, not nothing. So what is nothing? What religion in the world believes in a Nothing?

"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable, insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"
