A Voice in the Wilderness In Defense of "Mere Conservatism"

Something A Little Lighter From SNL

This is a big week for the health care reform battles in Washington, so I thought today I'd just post something that made me laugh when it I saw it the other day.  It's from the episode of Saturday Night Live that comedian Zack Galifianakis hosted (who, btw, was the funniest host they've had in years).  I would direct your attention to the entrance of the ambidextrous flute player, RJ Sizzle, about 4:00 into the sketch.  Check out his sick moves.

Enjoy:

Not convinced that Zack Galifianakis is hilarious? Watch this:

What is “Mere Conservatism”?

The basic ideas, ideals, and values that generally define and characterize the central tenets of what today might be termed "modern conservative thought."

We believe that a proper understanding of history, economics, and theology leads to certain conclusions. Many of these are the same conclusions our Founding Fathers arrived at in constructing a "more perfect union."

All ideas and opinions are welcome; not all are correct.
