Derrick Rose Is For Lovers

By: R.J. Moeller

----------------

Objectivity warning: I'm a loyal Bulls fan and think Derrick Rose is the best thing to hit the NBA in 15 years

With that out of the way, I want you to watch the 3:07 it takes for this clip to play itself out:

That was Chicago Bulls point-guard Derrick Rose, at the press conference for the release of his new Adidas shoe, showing real, true, genuine human emotion. He's a young man who is from a terrible neighborhood in Chicago, playing for his beloved Bulls, and is working tirelessly to return from a devastating knee injury.

Who isn't rooting for this kid to return and un-seat The Heat?

What is “Mere Conservatism”?

The basic ideas, ideals, and values that generally define and characterize the central tenets of what today might be termed "modern conservative thought."

We believe that a proper understanding of history, economics, and theology leads to certain conclusions. Many of these are the same conclusions our Founding Fathers arrived at in constructing a "more perfect union."

All ideas and opinions are welcome; not all are correct.
